Standard Dallas, Collin, Denton County Process Service ($75) - Initial attempt made within 72 hours of receipt of documents, 2 other attempts within 14 days. All services include 3 attempts per paper, $20 for each additional attempt after 3.
Rush Services ($85) - Initial attempt made within 36 hours of receipt of documents, 2 other attempts within 7 days. All services include 3 attempts per paper, $20 for each additional attempt after 3.
Same Day Services ($100) - within 6 hours of receipt of documents. Must be received by 2:00 p.m. or time will start at 8:00 a.m. the next day. Initial attempt made within 6 hours of receipt of documents, 2 other attempts within 48 hours, $20 for each additional attempt after 3.
Stakeout Services ($65 per hour if multiple servers are used $100 per hour) - Monitor home or office or other frequented location until service can be completed.
Service of papers not filed in Texas - For out-of-town clients, please submit payment in full at time papers are delivered to us. We will include a standard affidavit of service unless you also include any return paperwork required by your court.
Excess Mileage - Price of Process Service includes 60 miles (round trip) within limits of Dallas, Collin and Denton. Mileage charged at 58c per mile over 60 miles and for out of town service. Price for out of town service will vary depending on location and type of service.
